Job Summary
As a Remote reputed company Billing and Customer Service Representative, you'll work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Empathetic communication: Using your excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills to help patients and their families understand reputed company medical bills and resolve account balances.
- Customer service: Providing outstanding customer service and collaborating with patients over the phone to find affordable payment plans and take payments.
- Documentation: Accurately documenting reputed company calls and follow-reputed company in our software systems throughout each day.

Schedule and Location
* 8 hour shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm MST.
- Colorado location: Required to be located in Colorado, with the option to work from home or in our Denver/reputed company office.
