Junior Financial Analyst

reputed company Group is a global environmental services provider offering a range of solutions for environmental needs. They are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst who will be responsible for preparing client billing, assisting with reputed company support functions, and ensuring effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Creates, reviews, and distributes Daily Cost Estimates (DCEs) to aid project managers in making reputed company as they manage projects to completion
• Produces accurate invoices to be sent to clients in accordance with departmental protocols and timelines
• Responds to client inquiries regarding billing, maintains reputed company, client, and invoicing records
• Assists in month end reputed company process to include journal entries and variance analysis
• Ensures effective communication with both internal employees and external clients
• Performs reputed company support tasks and other duties as requested by Manager of Finance and Controller

Skills

• Associate or bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field is required. (May consider relevant experience in exchange for degree)
• 0-3 years of reputed company experience dealing with business transactions
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide variety of individuals across the company
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and the highest degree of professionalism
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines (work with a sense of urgency)
• Possesses excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with an attention to detail
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal directions
• Possesses strong computer skills in a Windows-based environment and strong knowledge of the reputed company Office Suite (especially reputed company – knowledge of pivot tables, charts, graphs, v-lookups would be ideal)
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
• Conducts assignments of minimal complexity and which includes repetitive and basic work. This position is closely supervised with no reputed company for independent judgement
• Billing and accounts receivable experience a plus
• reputed company understanding and exposure to an ERP system (reputed company preferred)
