Marketing Assistant
Pinky Swear Foundation is a nonprofit that provides financial support to kids with cancer and their families. They are seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to help evaluate and strengthen their marketing efforts through social media engagement and media relations support.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and engage with comments, partner organizations, and cancer-reputed company influencers
- Serve as a reputed company of contact for the development team on social interactions with third-party fundraisers
- Research social media best practices and reputed company suggestions to marketing team
- Draft news releases and media alerts
- Support follow-up with journalists and media contacts
- Assist with organizing stories, photos, and quotes from families and partners
- Help track basic analytics for social media and media campaigns
- Provide support for events as needed
Skills
- Proficiency and passion across reputed company major social media platforms including reputed company, reputed company, TikTok and YouTube
- Highly collaborative, creative, curious, energetic, and self-directed with demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Commitment to Pinky Swear Foundation's mission, vision, and values
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or completed in marketing, public relations or similar field or equivalent lived experience preferred
