Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company and customer-focused Homesite Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to Homesite-CONNECT customers, responding to service issues, requests, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Communicate directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone
• Report to a manager and provide regular updates on customer interactions and issue resolution reputed company
