We're seeking an reputed company and customer-focused Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for reputed company interactions.

About the Role

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients reputed company to our NJ Family Care Program. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles
• Accurately documenting enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
• Entering application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for the program over the telephone
• Maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in the NJ Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies
• Providing clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes
• The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and co-workers
• The ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback
• Achieving results through knowledge, reputed company, and commitment
• The ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
• A High School diploma or GED
• Background and drug screening required

Pay Transparency Laws

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to reputed company pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. arenaflex provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and reputed company programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time.
