Your Role
As a Fiber Customer Support Analyst, you'll join a dynamic tech support team in a call center to help our Fios customers with their voice, data, and video services. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting issues in hardware, software, applications, networks, or devices and answering customer technical questions. Your exceptional communication skills and positive, professional attitude will reputed company reputed company the difference in delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls from customers with order inquiry and/or trouble reports
* Provide customers with service support for Voice, Data, and Video services and features reputed company the fiber and/or copper network

* Utilize knowledge of communication and networking components to provide customers with service support and configuration of customer equipment

Note: The compensation range for this position is between $670.00 and $1,774.50 weekly based on a full-time schedule, depending on your location and confirmed job-reputed company skills and experience.
