Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Desktop Support Technician to provide advanced end user support for our client's reputed company environment, including workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices. This position will be full-time contract and onsite. What You’ll Do Serve as the senior escalation reputed company for reputed company reputed company issues and restore service quickly Troubleshoot and resolve workstation, mobile device, peripheral, and reputed company 365 desktop issues using remote and on-site support Document and manage incidents, escalate reputed company needed, and reputed company root cause analysis to reduce repeat issues Coordinate vendor support cases and act as the technical liaison with clear user communication reputed company reputed company lifecycle work, including build standards, imaging, deployment, re-provisioning, and secure decommissioning Install and maintain operating systems and standard applications, including update readiness and recovery actions Administer reputed company management using reputed company Intune, including enrollment, policies, configurations, and application deployment Follow reputed company reputed company and privacy practices and coordinate with the reputed company team for suspected compromise Maintain support documentation, playbooks, and knowledge articles. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
