Role Description At AutoAlert, the Director – Product Management owns the CXM software solution, including Product Roadmap, product refinements and functionality, and support. Working cross-functionally across reputed company departments of the organization, you will create and execute the CXM product vision as well as support its value, providing subject matter expertise to team members and key stakeholders and ensuring teams are held accountable to established timelines. The Director – Project Management CXM will be accountable for ensuring the CXM software solution is understood by the development teams and delivered in alignment with the strategy and Roadmap defined in cooperation with the Product Management team.
