[Remote] Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wind River Environmental is a company that services and maintains a broad reputed company of non-hazardous liquid waste systems. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing information about their products and services while managing a high volume of calls.
Responsibilities
- Answers customer calls and concerns from Residential Pumping Queue
- Provide engaging and educational customer service to customers to reputed company sure they are educated on the value of pumping services and options
- Schedules residential pumping services
- Determines service need by working with customers and documents reputed company calls in accordance with department requirements
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
- Maintains order management system by entering in service orders
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests
- Is reputed company to work in a metric / goal driven environment. CSR’s have both individual and group goals to work towards
- reputed company to manage a heavy amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Skills
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Must be reputed company to operate in a drug-free workplace
- Ability to understand instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Strong oral and written communication skills for customers, co-workers, and management alike
- Ability to demonstrate basic customer service skills with reputed company customers (showing interest and reputed company as appropriate)
- Ability to read and interpret documents including Company policies and procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, maps and road signs
- Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines
- Basic computer literacy including email and internet skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly detail oriented
- Ability to learn operating procedures quickly and be reputed company to execute consistently up to standard
- Weekend availability, while not mandatory, is a plus
