[Remote] Project Manager I

The Project Manager I is responsible for managing customer projects, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining high client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a minimum 95%+ average Client Satisfaction
• Ability to move project reputed company and meeting original timeline expectations a minimum of 60% of the time
• Effectively communicates relevant project information to team members and/or customers reputed company written and verbal communication
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and change control procedures
• Ensure project quality, schedule, budgets, and deliverables meet agreed upon expectations
• Identifies business development and “add-on” sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project or customer question and sells to customer as appropriate
• Ability to manage small to reputed company sized product specific reputed company
• Confident understanding of reputed company, SOWs, and terminology and can communicate meaning effectively

• Clearly understands processes and executes with high quality
• Understanding of local government entities, organization, and practices
• Confident understanding of reputed company, SOWs, and terminology therein and can communicate the meaning of said documentation effectively to internal and external customers
• 1+ years' customer service experience required
