Call Center Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing program-reputed company resource information and resolving issues as the primary contact for consumers.
Responsibilities
- Answers consumer inquires by utilizing multiple modules and programs to assist in reputed company resolution
