[Remote] Remote Customer Service Representative

The Remote Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls for wireless customer service, providing assistance with accounts and troubleshooting customer concerns while delivering excellent service and potentially upselling products.
Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers
- Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with reputed company and efficiency
- Process orders, update accounts, and maintain records
- Effectively multitask and demonstrate strong attention to detail
Skills
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally; navigating multiple systems and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure; quick-thinking problem solver; and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and effective time management in a home office setting
- Sales-focused reputed company: Proven ability to sell and upsell products/services while delivering excellent customer service
- Customer service experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service or sales role, with a minimum of 6 months in a call center virtual setting
- Available for 12 weeks of reputed company, with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled between Sunday and Saturday, 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST
- Available to work 8-hour shifts any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, between 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST
- Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, have a GED or High School Diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Cable or Fiber Internet Service only (no reputed company-up, DSL, satellite or cellular)
- 25Mbps Download/10Mbps Upload
- Ping reputed company – Less than 100 ms
- A private workspace with desk/chair where surrounding noise (children, pets, people, electronics, etc.) cannot be heard or present during working hours
- Ability to be on webcam during working hours
