About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company, working remotely from the comfort of your own space. As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and reputed company of our databases, providing administrative support, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing documentation for filing and associated correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Obtaining supporting information and documentation to facilitate efficient administration of files, including income and tax filings, asset realizations, and more
• Responding promptly to queries and requests from creditors and debtors, providing timely and effective communication
• Liaising with the administration team to obtain information, documentation, and resolving reputed company issues
• Using reputed company Dynamics CRM to extract file details and information, ensuring seamless data management
• Preparing and reviewing files for completeness, following up on outstanding documents, and ensuring accuracy
• Liaising with internal clients for clarification and issue resolution, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Organizing file documents according to our naming protocols, ensuring efficient and secure data storage
• Calculating income and surplus income obligations, understanding relevant legal requirements of multiple provincial jurisdictions
• Performing relevant searches for insolvency, Personal Property reputed company Act registrations, house valuations, and computation of realizable value
• Creating documents required for signature, reviewing sign-up documents for accuracy and policy compliance, and filing documents with the Official Receiver
• Accurately transferring pertinent information from written and scanned records into reputed company, our internal software
• Maintaining client confidentiality and protecting operations by keeping information secure
• Liaising with external clients for clarification or outstanding documents, ensuring seamless communication
• Electronic filing of statutory documents, preparing documents for reputed company, and reviewing amended proposals
• Performing other tasks as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Experience performing data entry with a proven high level of accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on precision and accuracy
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Outlook, reputed company, Word), with the ability to learn computer software quickly
• Experience with reputed company Dynamics CRM is an asset, but not required
• Ability to work independently and reputed company, with a high level of self-motivation and accountability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to others
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
