About the Role

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work with student borrowers, providing them with expert guidance and support to answer their questions and resolve any issues they may be facing. As a Customer Service Representative (Student Loan Advisor), you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, and you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, providing them with accurate and timely information and support
• Utilize standard technology such as telephones, email, and web browsers to communicate with customers and access relevant information
• Navigate to pre-scripted responses to provide basic general and claims-specific information to customers
• Follow established policies and procedures, including working reputed company various systems, timekeeping, documentation, and adhering to ethics and privacy rules
• Assist customers with filling out applications and submitting them electronically for processing
• Complete basic call logs, documentation, and reputed company call details for each phone inquiry

Schedule and Work Environment

The schedule for this role is as follows:

• Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

This is an in-center position, with the possibility of working from home after 90 days, provided you meet the required performance, attendance, and compliance standards.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently
• Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
• Experience working with personal computers and the Windows operating system
