Job Summary: The M&A Analyst will be responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and supporting the entire lifecycle of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will be a core contributor to financial modeling, due diligence, and deal execution, while also playing a key role in post-reputed company integration planning and execution. This position requires a strong proficiency in corporate finance, a high degree of independent judgment, and the ability to manage work assignments of increasing complexity. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
