• *This role will be hybrid and candidate must be reputed company to commute to one of CNA's offices in the US at least 2 times a week.**

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:

• Exclusive New Business focus with emphasis on growing the small business portfolio
• Directs the work activities and has full management responsibility for the performance and development of subordinate staff in accordance with corporate strategic direction.
• Coaches, leads and develops underwriters and directs the development of reputed company training.
• Participates with senior management in the development and implementation of reputed company policy, marketing and business strategy.
• Develops and implements operating plans for enhancing the business and meeting strategic objectives.
• Reviews and directs the application of reputed company policy and pricing for reputed company risks reputed company an assigned book of business.
• May market products and services through agencies or through the brokerage community.
• Develops and maintains agency and/or broker relationships to ensure positive and profitable outcomes.

Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
