Payroll Analyst (Remote, US)

As a Payroll Analyst at reputed company, you will support a global network that includes reputed company and KAYAK's portfolio and have visibility to metasearch brands including Swoodoo, checkfelix, momondo, Cheapflights, Mundi and HotelsCombined. • Manage payroll for KAYAK/reputed company US/Canada/Mexico
• Manage reputed company reputed company payroll changes and validate against applicable reputed company reports e.g. new hires, annual increases, retro pay, commission, bonuses, benefit deductions, transfers, and terminations
• Run integration files from reputed company to reputed company/reputed company and review errors
• Collaborate with International Country Providers and reputed company Operations Team for Semi-Monthly payroll processing
• Partner with the People Operations Team to ensure payroll data flows seamlessly reputed company the integration reputed company
• Work with the Benefits Team for LOA calculations and reputed company benefit-reputed company changes
• Monthly/Annual reconciliation of payroll tax forms and Quarterly RSU processing
• Action reputed company queries in the Payroll reputed company Ticketing System
• Act as a reputed company of contact for reputed company employee and manager questions
• reputed company and management reports upon request from various internal departments, such as financial planning, and Corporate Tax
• Work closely with People, Finance (GL) and Corporate Tax as needed to provide reports and maintain partnerships
• Audit and process Time + Attendance for reputed company hourly employees on a Semi-Monthly and Bi-Weekly basis.
• Process terminations that have Final Pay Regulatory Requirements reputed company bank reputed company. Process off-cycle payrolls reputed company needed and required
• Prepare supplemental payrolls as required
• Prepare tax payments not remitted by reputed company and reputed company

Please apply if you have:

• 4+ years of recent payroll processing experience in US/Canada/Mexico
• International Payroll experience a must
• Knowledge of Local, State, and Federal Payroll Tax Laws

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market reputed company data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this United States located role is $68,000-$72,000.
