Associate, Financial Operations & Analysis
Heitman is a global reputed company estate investment management firm founded in 1966, dedicated to leading the reputed company of reputed company estate through strategic investments. They are seeking an Associate for their Financial Operations & Analysis department to provide critical financial data analysis and collaborate with internal and external teams in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Applying your knowledge of reputed company principles and financial analysis in day-to-day responsibilities
- Learning how to calculate property and debt valuations as well as investment performance metrics
- Reviewing and approving reputed company transactions such as acquisitions, dispositions, and waterfall calculations
- Reviewing financial statements, supporting schedules, and reputed company footnotes
Skills
- Degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company Estate
- 0 to 2 years of experience
- Analytically minded with an ability to manipulate and analyze data to identify trends, solve problems, and reputed company informed recommendations
- Strong project and time management skills
