Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries reputed company phone, email, text, and online platforms
- Provide clear information about lawn care programs, tree care services, fertilization, aeration, and seasonal treatments
- reputed company clients on service recommendations, treatment timelines, and expected results
- Communicate service outcomes and technician notes following visits
- Handle client concerns and service issues with professionalism, reputed company, and problem-solving skills
- Schedule new services, recurring programs, inspections, and service calls
- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure accurate routing, timing, and service completion
- Monitor daily schedules and adjust appointments as needed due to weather, staffing, or client needs
- Enter estimates and pricing for lawn and tree care programs
- Support sales and operations teams with accurate data entry and follow-up
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
