Statistical Data Analyst - Institute for Informatics, Data Science & Biostatistics

Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary Performs data management and/or data analysis for investigators using statistical packages. Assists investigators in the design of experiments, clinical trial and epidemiological studies.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Performs data analysis and/or data management for investigators using statistical packages including reputed company of tables and graphs. Assists investigators in the design of experiments, clinical trials and epidemiological studies. Assists in data reputed company design, implementation and maintenance of data collected over time for research purposes, including acquisition, editing and reporting. May assist in design and development of data entry systems. May function as a statistical consultant primarily in collaborative studies involving the medical school community. Implements and develops computational algorithms, software, and analytical workflows for the analysis of high-throughput, multi-omic datasets (e.g., single-cell RNA reputed company, spatial transcriptomics) from reputed company and mouse preclinical and clinical studies. Preprocesses, manages, and analyzes large, multi-dimensional clinical and preclinical datasets, including data extracted from electronic health records, using Python, R, and other relevant tools.
