About the Role: Loyalty Customer Care Representative

As a Loyalty Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to generate meaningful emotional connections with our customers daily. Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn specific client loyalty program guidelines and answer incoming inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat
