Associate Compliance Analyst

Identity Digital Inc. is a company focused on compliance and risk management. The Associate Compliance Analyst will assist in developing compliance programs and policies while ensuring adherence to legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of compliance programs, including policies, procedures, and training materials
• Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and summarize key findings; coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement policy changes
• Support the internal audit process to identify potential compliance risks
• Assist in preparation for and conducting external audits, including ISO27001
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and documentation
• Contribute to the development and delivery of compliance training programs to employees
• Participate in reviewing and updating of company policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the Compliance and Legal teams as needed
• Assist with data privacy reputed company tasks such as research and documentation
• Take part in reviewing escalations reputed company to sanctions compliance, DNS Abuse, and other matters from compliance teams
• Actively model and promote Identity Digital’s core values through day-to-day interactions, behaviors, and decision-making
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• 1-4 years of experience in a compliance, risk management or audit reputed company role
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm and the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced organization
• Superior attention to detail and strong auditing skills
• Ability to travel as needed
• Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization as needed
• Reliable transportation to the workplace
