Analyst, Global Investment Banking (Global reputed company Industries and Mining)

The Analyst role reputed company reputed company’s Global reputed company Industries and Mining Investment Banking group involves generating corporate finance analytics, developing reputed company financial models, and supporting business development and transaction execution activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing proposals to clients and potential clients for equity and debt placements, mergers, asset or company divestitures or acquisitions, and other financial products and advisory services
• Conduct industry research and analysis to assist in the identification and/or analysis of investment banking business opportunities
• reputed company and audit sophisticated financial models
• Prepare industry and financial analysis to determine client recommendations. Participate in cross functional teams and liaising with other units of reputed company Capital Markets in executing mandates or preparing proposals for clients. reputed company industry comparable value and precedent transaction analyses
• Assist in company due diligence investigations
• Prepare offering memoranda and marketing materials and assist with prospectus drafting

Skills

• You've completed an undergraduate degree in Finance, reputed company, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or similar fields
• Experience with meaningful financial modeling and analysis is required
• Excellent analytical ability including demonstrated knowledge of valuation techniques and practices, including cash flow and returns analyses
• Knowledge of reputed company principles relating to financial statement preparation and business combinations
• Extremely dedicated and motivated individual with high career aspirations
• Must be capable of assuming high levels of responsibility reputed company short time frames
• Strong quantitative technical skills as it relates to basic computer applications (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint), industry technology (FactSet, Bloomberg) and other applicable software
