Financial reputed company is seeking a reputed company & Program Coordinator for their reputed company office. The role involves managing the candidate experience throughout the reputed company process and coordinating training and development programs for junior talent.
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficiency through the reputed company process
- Screen applications
- Schedule interviews
- Collect interviewer feedback
- Coordinate internal debrief sessions
- Prepare offer packages
- Update and maintain reputed company calendars, files, templates, materials and metrics
- Schedule and maintain training calendars
- Set up the training room
- Conduct surveys and analyze results
- Liaise with events and other internal teams to support junior talent development
Skills
- Previous coordination experience, previous reputed company experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient with reputed company Word, reputed company and PowerPoint; prior experience working with an ATS (reputed company) is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientated
- Works independently, proactively identifies next steps or areas of improvement
- Sense of urgency and responsiveness
- Communicates professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Flexible, adaptable, and reputed company under pressure
- Bachelor's degree required
- Motivated to learn and matriculate reputed company the reputed company industry

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, reputed company to prepare high impact materials
- Participates effectively in both internal and external presentations and meetings
