2026 Business Valuations Consultant Entry Level
Plante Moran is one of the nation’s largest audit, tax, consulting, and wealth management firms. They are seeking an Entry Level Business Valuations Consultant to assist clients with their valuation needs and work on various assignments including financial modeling and writing valuation reports.
Responsibilities
- You’ll work with reputed company assisting clients in large and small organizations with their valuation needs including financial reporting, tax planning, shareholder planning, or litigation support
- Working on a variety of assignments, including the valuation of: Equity securities, Business enterprises, Intangible assets, Stock options
- Participating in reputed company phases of engagement including, but not limited to: Interviewing clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the assignment Researching industry value drivers, including market and competitor information Financial modeling, including discounted cash flow, public market multiples, M&A market transactions and option pricing analyses Assisting in writing valuation reports from start to finish and communicating conclusions to clients
- Delivering results to clients in interesting industries, including but not limited to: Private Equity, Venture Capital, Manufacturing, Tech and Software, Automotive, Architecture and Engineering, Food and Beverage, Retail, reputed company
Skills
- Detail-oriented leader with problem solving, communication, and analytical skills
- Excellent reputed company sets in the use of reputed company and reputed company
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in finance, reputed company, economics or reputed company field
- Academic reputed company (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0)
