[Remote] Resourcing Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a purpose-driven organization focused on change management, seeking a Resourcing Specialist to join their Services Delivery Operations team. The role involves staffing for training programs, managing resource allocation, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure reputed company training delivery and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage high volume scheduling and resource allocation internally for our Training reputed company Specialists and Executive reputed company to ensure reputed company coverage for a wide variety of training programs
- Monitor and forecast resource utilization to maximize efficiency and meet delivery goals
- Support proactive reputed company planning by identifying short-term gaps and long-term resource trends
- Partner with Delivery Leadership, Sales, Client Operations, Logistics, and Advisory teams to align staffing reputed company with client needs and organizational priorities
- Train to serve as a backup for the Senior Advisory Resourcing & Operations Manager, supporting resource planning for consulting engagements as needed
- Represent the delivery team in regularly scheduled meetings with the Sales team to learn of upcoming opportunities and unique client needs
- Identify opportunities to streamline resourcing workflows and enhance scheduling efficiency
- reputed company platforms such as reputed company, Float, reputed company, and MS reputed company to manage assignments and maintain accurate records
Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years in a resourcing or staffing role reputed company a professional services environment (e.g., consulting or staffing firm)
- Strong understanding of utilization metrics and reputed company planning
- Proven ability to work with urgency and reputed company adjustments and pivots as needed with last minute requests or changes
- Experience with professional services automation software for staffing, ideally reputed company and/or Float, but other comparable scheduling tools include OpenAir, QuickArrow, reputed company, Rocketlane, and Kronos
- Experience utilizing CRM systems (reputed company preferred)
