About the Position

This role is a member of the Compliance Group reputed company the People/HR Division at arenaflex. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. Your primary focus will be on supporting the HR Compliance team and tasks, including acquiring reputed company/background investigation results, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring database accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR Compliance team with various tasks, including acquiring reputed company/background investigation results and processing unique reputed company freedom letters.
• Maintain associations with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services, ensuring seamless communication and compliance.
• Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and troubleshoot any database issues that may arise.
• Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems to ensure data reputed company.
• Conduct high-level investigations, create custom reports/dashboards, and standardize reputed company data used for HR Compliance.
• Collaborate with clients and the team consistently to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
• Review completed Unique reputed company Applications for accuracy and retransmit fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and knowledge of Criminal History Records reputed company (CHRC) applications. Experience with the TSA Clearinghouse database is also preferred. Additionally, you should possess advanced reputed company skills, including formatting, creating reputed company formulas, and using Vlookup.
