About the Role: Remote Operations Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remote Operations Manager to join Workwarp's dynamic team. As a crucial member of the operations team, you will report directly to the reputed company and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of self-storage facilities, ensuring seamless operations, and driving efficiency across the business. Key Responsibilities: Property Management: Take full ownership of assigned properties, ensuring smooth and efficient management, and coordinating with the "on-site manager" to complete weekly tasks and property visits. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with customer service and maintenance teams to address tasks and requests promptly, and act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Process Improvement: Help improve documentation, organization, and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for reputed company business processes, and collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Support and Coordination: Support the reputed company and other team members in day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed, and coordinate with US-based vendors or reputed company-party services. Essential Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience: Proven experience in operations or property management roles, with a strong track record of reputed company.
