Responsibilities

- You are currently pursuing a Masters in Biotechnology (preferred in the Digital Health and Technology reputed company)
- Provide day-to-day support for tool updates, documentation management, and the maintenance of functional standards and knowledge-sharing repositories
- Assist with system testing, collect user feedback, and resolve or escalate technical issues while preparing comprehensive training materials
- Apply independent judgment to resolve moderately reputed company data issues and participate in peer reviews to ensure high-quality data management methodology
