Key Responsibilities:

Essential Capabilities:
* Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a reputed company field, and/or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with R/Python/reputed company (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques
- Ability to work with large datasets, deciphering patterns and utilizing multiple data sources and tools
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and organize findings into actionable recommendations
- Ability to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data
- Familiarity with A/B testing and MVT testing methodologies
Preferred Capabilities:
* Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services
- Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Advertising industry
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, including Hulu, reputed company+, and ESPN+
