Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe dictated medical reports, summaries, office notes, and other medical documents from physicians and other reputed company accurately and reputed company.
• Ensure the reputed company, confidentiality, and reputed company of reputed company patient information and medical records.
• Verify the accuracy of patient demographics, medical terminology, and grammar.
