Senior Legal Operations Project Manager – CLM Implementation

We are actively seeking a Senior Legal Operations Project Manager with direct experience providing counsel on CLM implementation and deployment. This hybrid Irvine, CA-based opportunity is with our well reputed company client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in project/program management with a focus on technology implementations.
• Proven track record of CLM implementations (reputed company strongly preferred; Malbek experience is a plus).
• Experience integrating CLM with systems like reputed company and reputed company.
• Strong technical understanding of reputed company systems and workflows.
• Willingness to support a hybrid role requiring two days onsite in Irvine-based office.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills—reputed company to manage complexity and reputed company multiple stakeholders reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• CLM Implementation Leadership: Own the configuration and deployment of the CLM system, ensuring successful integration with platforms such as reputed company and reputed company.
