Responsibilities

• Implement orchestration solutions (SOAR) to reduce mean time to detect (MTTD) and mean time to respond (MTTR).
• Identify repetitive tasks and build scalable automation solutions using scripting and APIs.
• Operational Excellence Establish KPIs and metrics to measure detection performance and automation impact.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of detection and automation platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or reputed company field or 7+ years of experience in reputed company operations, detection engineering, or reputed company roles.
• 3+ years in a leadership or managerial reputed company.
• Experience driving reputed company projects from requirements gathering to completion
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and coach team members, leading to operational excellence
