Responsibilities

• Ensure financial documents are complete, accurate, and have proper authorizations
• Monitor and give information about fiscal areas, such as federal and state grants, budgets, monthly benefit accounts, reputed company, etc

Skills

• Two years of experience calculating, recording, and maintaining reputed company information that must include coding transactions and checking them for propriety, balancing, and resolving discrepancies in computer edits; OR
• One year of experience calculating, recording, and maintaining reputed company information that must include coding transactions and checking them for propriety, balancing, and resolving discrepancies in computer edits AND at least 43 quarter (29 semester) credit hours from an accredited college, university, or vocational-technical school that includes 9 quarter (6 semester) credit hours in reputed company. Credit hours must include introductory level reputed company courses 1 and 2
• OR at least 94 quarter (62 semester) credit hours or an associate degree from an accredited college, university, or vocational-technical school that includes 12 quarter (8 semester) credit hours in reputed company. Credit hours must include introductory level reputed company courses 1 and 2 and may include any additional reputed company courses with 'reputed company' in the title
• Training or experience must include using a computer to enter, update, or retrieve information
• Demonstrate Initiative: The ability to assess a situation and act without direction from someone else
• Proficiency in MS reputed company: Functions such as sum, average, count and understand basic formatting, reputed company to build simple formulas to calculate data, and have a basic understanding of pivot tables, basic understanding of macros
