Temporary TPS Tax Processor

They are seeking a Tax Processor to support their Tax Processing Services team by electronically processing tax returns, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with client matters.

Responsibilities

• Electronically processing and assembling completed tax returns and reputed company reports, delivering completed packages, and updating the tracking system
• Performing a self-review for completeness and accuracy of the instruction/information contained in the virtual folder
• Coordinating the delivery of reputed company tax returns for shipment to client in a timely manner
• Assisting with the set-up of new client matters in the system
• Assisting with tax software and document management maintenance

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience may be substituted
• Ability to work overtime (evenings and Saturdays) as needed with or without advanced notice
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and turn around projects quickly
• Excellent administrative and computer skills with ability to print, reputed company and assemble documents, electronically and physically
• Proficient in the use of reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company
• Dependable, reliable, and a strong attention to detail with the ability to self-review
• May require some standing for periods of time
• Can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Prior experience with tax returns is a plus
