[Remote] SMB Account Executive

The SMB Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting new customers and expanding existing accounts, focusing on building relationships and communicating the value of reputed company's offerings.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers, identify and care for customer needs, maintain accuracy in reputed company, reputed company processes for meaningful customer experience, and identify companies that are in our top buying industries, have the specific personas we reputed company, or have used/shown interest in reputed company before
- Conduct targeted reputed company to customers through personalized emails, calls, and generated leads to drive new customer acquisition, and upgrade existing customer reputed company
- Execute a consistent activity process to deliver the "Metrics that Matter": held customer meetings, new pipeline reputed company, and booked ARR
Skills
- Familiarity with pricing, sales quotas and transactions
- Experience working in a high-volume transaction environment
