Responsibilities
- Handle civil litigation cases in areas including Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, reputed company, General Liability, Construction, reputed company, Professional Liability, and Insurance Defense
- Conduct research and prepare legal documents
- Participate in client interactions and handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
Skills
- Minimum of at least one year experience in civil litigation
- Experience handling Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, reputed company, General Liability, Construction, reputed company, Professional Liability, and Insurance Defense
- Driven team player
- Excellent litigation skills
- Strong writing skills
- Persuasive speaking skills
- Strong academic background
- Proven skills in research
- Self-starter who can handle assignments with minimal supervision
- Licensed and admitted to practice in California
