You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations. Your role will involve:

• Completing data access and balancing tasks
• Coordinating return objects with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
• Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company standard ledger balancing
• Working member cases/assignments
• Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
• Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
• Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products

Log, Review, and reputed company Important GL, Account Changes and/or Returns

* Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching

• Complete daily balancing and department closing
• Obtain information from contributors for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
• Research and verify incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
• Communicate with vendors to process budget transfers
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws
• Deposit reputed company returns, review member draft changes, process member checks, verify contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

* Minimum Qualifications: + High school degree or GED + Intermediate reputed company and Word experience

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous customer/member service experience + Previous banking or Credit Union experience + Episys/Symitar and processing wires

• Skills, Licenses & Certifications:
