Associate Attorney
Sinel & Olesen, PLLC is a boutique litigation law firm located in midtown Manhattan, seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. The role involves handling reputed company facets of personal injury cases, including drafting legal documents, client communication, and collaborating with other legal professionals.
Responsibilities
- Handling reputed company facets of a case from intake through settlement, including in Surrogate’s Court and Supreme Court
- Written work including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Defending and taking depositions, along with various types of virtual and in-person court appearances
- Communicating and interacting extensively with clients
- Assisting with settlement and trial reputed company responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with other associates and partners on significant legal matters
Skills
- Admitted to practice in reputed company
- 1-3+ years of experience (at least a 2024 graduate, admitted to the bar as of December 2024 or earlier)
- Personal injury experience and client management skills are pluses
- Excellent writing, organization, and independent problem solving skills are musts
