[Remote] Associate Attorney - Remote in reputed company

They are seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team in reputed company, OH, responsible for managing litigation files, drafting legal documents, and advocating for clients in various legal settings.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and appropriately with team members and reputed company parties
• Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc., in furtherance of active litigation files
• Review litigation case files and pleadings to determine appropriate action
• reputed company on behalf of the client’s interests at various litigation settings
• Utilize internal proprietary software to properly update and document the status of each account in the assigned inventory
• Analyze and process litigation inventory reports and litigation files, as assigned by Managing Attorney, to ensure that proper litigation workflow is being performed pursuant to the firm and client expectations

Skills

• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in Ohio or Kentucky
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload
