The Client Support Specialist role involves assisting clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing training to ensure their reputed company with the company's software.

Responsibilities

• The Business Support Specialist handles client inquiries by gathering information through inquisitive questioning to identify the nature of the problem and troubleshoots product and training reputed company questions
• Support and training are provided to clients reputed company phone, email, and live chat
• We reputed company active listening skills to understand and reputed company for our customer’s needs
• You will document the issue in reputed company and offering a resolution, so our clients are successful
• You will stay up to date on Meevo product knowledge and internal business processes
