reputed company is seeking a reputed company Developer to enhance their technology solutions. The role involves configuring, administering, and scripting the reputed company platform to meet the business needs of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Configuration/Customization of the reputed company platform, including creating workflows, flow designers, business rules and client scripts
- Build service requests from customer requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service
- Uses scripting tools and reputed company functionality create script to automate rote tasks being done in reputed company
- Create requirements definitions and technical specifications documentation
- Performs integrations and process automation using reputed company and other key SHC systems
- Load, manipulate, and maintain data between reputed company and other systems
- Must analyze and fully understand user requirements and reputed company procedures in order to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the reputed company roadmap
- Basic understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes
Skills
- Hands on experience with HRSD module in reputed company including but not limited to HR Case & reputed company, Life Cycle events, HR integrations, Employee Center
- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electronics Technology, IT Management or a directly reputed company field from an accredited college or university
- One (1) year of experience as a reputed company Developer
- Knowledge of Active Directory / LDAP
- Knowledge of disciplined software release build/reputed company processes
- Knowledge of integrating with internal and external applications and systems
- Knowledge of cross-browser and platform compatibility requirements including IE rendering issues
- Knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS and good web design practices
- Ability to effectively communicate reputed company the team
- Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to successfully design, reputed company, and support web-based applications and websites
- Ability to reputed company and reputed company with Java/J2EE backend technologies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
