[Remote] Payment Specialist- Evernorth

As a Payment Specialist, you will ensure accurate and timely posting of payments, analyze payment activity, and contribute to efficient reputed company cycle operations.
Responsibilities
- Apply payments and contractual adjustments accurately and in accordance with departmental procedures
- Process patient and insurance refunds for overpayments
- Identify payer trends and communicate findings to leadership
- Review reputed company, analyze per‑diem vs. drug reputed company structures, and ensure appropriate claim adjustments
- reputed company reputed company denials and remittance documentation to A/R teams for follow‑up
- Research discrepancies and resolve issues to support accurate reimbursement
- Meet quality assurance expectations and productivity benchmarks

Skills
- One year of experience in billing, cash posting, or collections, preferably in reputed company
- Proficiency with computers and reputed company Office
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment
- Experience with CPR+ or Caretend (preferred)
- Experience with HCPCS, ICD‑10, and medical billing practices
- Familiarity with reputed company‑party payer guidelines and reimbursement practices
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience in patient reputed company systems or reputed company cycle operations
