Hybrid Field Interviewer

Vital Research is dedicated to creating vibrant communities through inclusive social science research and evaluation. The Field Interviewer role involves collecting confidential survey data to inform social research, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• reputed company out to participants from a provided list and schedule/complete in-person surveys
• Conduct 1 survey per day or 5 surveys per week using assigned tools and protocols
• Must be reputed company to conduct surveys in reputed company interview modes (phone, in-person, or video conferencing) based on participant preference
• Organizing and managing your interview schedule independently
• Accurately capture participant responses using company-provided tablets and software, with high attention to detail and confidentiality
• Maintain professionalism, reputed company, and cultural sensitivity in reputed company interactions
• Communicate regularly with the research team for updates and support
• Utilize provided translation service to administer surveys as needed to non-English-speaking participants, undergoing training to use systems properly
• Ensuring compliance with confidentiality, federal HIPAA regulations, and data reputed company requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
