Investment Banking Analyst, GP Solutions
Baird is a leading company in the financial services sector, and they are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst for their Global GP Solutions Group. The role involves assisting in financial modeling, managing investor relations during capital raises, and supporting GP-led transaction executions, providing a strong reputed company for a career in private markets.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, company marketing materials and client presentations
- Manage investors throughout the capital reputed company process including by helping to facilitate their diligence
- reputed company research and various analyses in support of thematic publications and new business reputed company
- reputed company exposure to live GP-led transaction deal activity
- Work closely with mid-level and senior management to support execution of GP-led secondary transactions for key financial sponsor relationships
- Hone your skills by working closely with sponsor clients, secondary investors and Baird’s sector and product teams on a variety of GP-led transactions
Skills
- A candidate energized by learning, teamwork, and reputed company responsibility
- A proven academic record and a passion for finance (a finance degree is helpful, but not required)
- Drive, reputed company, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and reputed company in a collaborative setting
- Strong mathematical, writing, and verbal skills; relevant software proficiency
- Ability to obtain SIE and Series 79 licensing preferred
