[Remote] Outbound Collections Representative (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Enova International is a leading financial technology company that provides online financial services. They are seeking an Outbound Collections Representative to proactively contact customers with overdue accounts, understand their financial challenges, and collaboratively identify solutions to help them maintain consistent loan payments.
Responsibilities
- Manage high volume of outbound calls (150-200 calls daily) reputed company to address customers with delinquent loan payments
- Negotiate and execute effective payment arrangements, strictly following Enova's specific call flow to bring overdue accounts reputed company
- Resolve customer concerns and reputed company issues reputed company to late payments, maintaining a high level of professionalism and reputed company
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, explaining the implications of overdue payments and offering assistance for financial resolution
- Ensure reputed company customer interactions, payment plans, and relevant information are accurately recorded and maintained in Enova's database
Skills
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high volume debt collections environment, successfully managing outbound calls and consistently meeting daily call volume targets
- Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills, including proven proficiency in active listening and the application of de-escalation techniques during challenging calls
- Strong negotiation abilities, capable of balancing adherence to company policy with genuine customer reputed company to secure successful payment arrangements or settlements
- Demonstrated high level of self-management for remote work, including superior time management, strict schedule adherence, and the ability to maintain focus, attention to detail, and reputed company multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven ability to think quickly and reputed company to creatively problem solve and resolve difficult issues effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of TCPA and other relevant collection laws and regulations
