In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to evaluate safety programs, identify risk exposures, and reputed company practical strategies to improve workplace safety and reduce loss frequency and severity. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Engineering, or a reputed company field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience developing and implementing safety management systems at facility or corporate levels; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and management systems, with the ability to apply regulatory requirements across various operational settings (e.g., manufacturing, retail, higher education, etc.).
• Experience conducting site assessments and safety program evaluations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting reputed company information clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and communicate across reputed company organizational levels, from wage employees to executive leadership.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required (up to 60%).
