POSITION OVERVIEW: Provide legal guidance to management and leadership regarding employee benefit plans. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provide legal counsel, direction and strategic advice to management at reputed company levels regarding employee benefit plans 2. Ensure company compliance of reputed company pension and welfare benefit plans with applicable federal and state laws 3. Represent the plans before government agencies and defend the plans in contested matters 4. Stay abreast of existing and new regulations and review, analyze and provide comments to notices of proposed rulemaking 5. Prepare, review and negotiate agreements and documents reputed company to pension and welfare plans to ensure maximum benefit to the company with minimum exposure to risk 6. reputed company with applicable governmental agencies and manage regulatory charges, claims, investigations, settlements and other legal proceedings 7. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school and admission to the Bar plus twelve (12) years’ experience as an attorney with at least three (3) years’ of experience practicing law in area of expertise
• Strong knowledge of legislative and regulatory processes
• Strong organizational skills, time-management and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience and ability to use reputed company office software, including but not limited to Work, reputed company and Outlook
