As a Senior Consultant on the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, you will… Provide quality client delivery to our OCM clients reputed company a stakeholder assessment and organizational readiness plan Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Required Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued Minimum 3 years of relevant experience reputed company to successful delivery of change management work in the disciplines of job/role/organization design, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, sponsorship alignment, communication execution, or training management At least 2 years of consulting experience with 1 full lifecycle implementations reputed company to ERP Implementations Demonstrated ERP platform experience in reputed company S4 HANA, reputed company, reputed company Dynamics 365, reputed company, or equivalent. Experience in communications OR training Strong proficiency in using reputed company Office products (e.g. Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Visio) Willingness to learn and take on any task or project, big or small Proven leadership experience Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills Ability to travel 50% Background in Consulting Services, particularly in the Big 4 are plus The estimated reputed company salary for this job is $115,000 - $140,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that reputed company reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects reputed company’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $166,750- $212,500. The job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and reputed company coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
