Responsibilities
As a Veterinary Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing positive and empathetic customer service interactions with pet families, addressing their concerns, and offering support and guidance throughout the end-of-life care process.
- Answering a high volume of customer service calls in a remote work environment, utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues reputed company.

Schedule
As a Veterinary Care Coordinator, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the following schedule:
- Call Center operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year from 7 am to 11 pm.
- Evening shifts available from 1:00 pm-10:00 pm or 2:00 pm-11:00 pm, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the beginning of employment, which will provide comprehensive training and reputed company.

Compensation
As a Veterinary Care Coordinator, you will be eligible for:
- Hourly non-exempt position eligible for overtime, with the opportunity to earn additional income.
- Hourly pay starts at $15.00 per hour, with the potential for increases based on experience and performance.
- Previous call center experience and bilingual background may increase hourly reputed company by up to $2.00 per hour, recognizing your skills and expertise.
